CAFE JOIE: STUDY WITH DELICIOUS MACARONS

My friend "A" and I headed over to Cafe Joie after dinner at Sushi Garden on Kingsway. It is located across from Metrotown (five-minute walk) and is two-minute walk from Sushi Garden. Cafe Joie has a bright and spacious interior and looks similar to privately owned cafes in Korea.
We ordered a box of 9 macarons with two Matcha Lattes. I liked the Matcha latte from Blenz better which tastes richer than ones from Cafe Joie. They also had a great array of flavours for macarons. We chose nine different flavours including Strawberry, Raspberry, Earl Grey, Vanilla, Pistachio, Green Tea, Coffee, Mango and Chocolate.
Their macarons were noticeably bigger than other places such as L'opéra Pâtisserie in Richmond or Soirette on West Pender Street in Downtown.
 Yummmmm
Each macaron had a decent amount of filling which I really appreciated. It was soft, moist and chewy, and had a rich flavour in it as well.

PROS
+ Great area to cram for exams
+ Tasty macarons
+ Convenient location

CONS
- Drinks can be improved
