NEPTUNE BISTRO: SLOW DELIVERY AND (BELOW) FAST FOOD QUALITY

Neptune Bistro provides home delivery service through Justeat.com. This is one of the very few restaurants open before 11:30am and delivering breakfast. I was surprised when I saw their extensive menu serving more than 5 different cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Western, and even bubble tea, sandwiches, wraps, salad and so on). In this case, most of the time, the restaurant doesn't specialize in anything. I was a little doubtful about the quality of food, but placed an order anyways.

CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP ($6.43) came with some Munchies. Wish they put them in a separate bag. The wrap was filled with lettuce, but not so much chicken. The tortilla was soggy (of course, when it was 45 minutes late)
BUTTER CHICKEN WITH RICE AND SAMOSA ($11.99) was barely edible. Indian butter chicken came with the Japanese overcooked rice. It was below average at best in terms of taste and portion. As for the curry itself, it was not buttery or creamy, but instead overly sweet while lacking spiciness. Additionally, the amount of chicken in the curry was ridiculously little. Samosa was so bad that I couldn't take it. The outside edge was way too hard when the middle part of the samosa skin was way too soggy. Overall, I didn't like like food and service provided from Neptune Bistro. I really doubt whether I will order from here again.
