THAI KITCHEN RICHMOND: POOR DELIVERY FOOD

This huge fail of selecting a restaurant happened when I was looking for a new delivery restaurant on Justeat.ca. I wanted to try something different other than True's Tea and Boston Pizza. Since I was craving creamy, buttery-kind-of food, I gave Thai Kitchen a try.
THAI CREAMY COCONUT CORN SOUP (SMALL $3.99) & STEAMED COCONUT MILK RICE ($1.85) I didn't expect a lot for a $4 soup, but still mediocre quality food. I was glad I didn't get a large one.

PAD THAI ($10.99)
Before trying Thai Kitchen's Pad Thai, I believed that Pad Thai in general can never be too bad. But it became one of the dishes that I could not eat it and had to throw it away in the end, which barely happens to someone like me who eats everything. In terms of flavour, the noodles were tasteless and the sauce tasted more like ketchup than anything else. A bit of peanut crumbles also did not help that much as it did not give enough nutty flavour. I felt that the ingredients they used were also very poor quality and didn't like their small shrimps at all.
My first time  trying DEEP FRIED ASIAN BUNS ($4.99)! (a.k.a. Mantou) It tasted pretty good to me but J told me it was just average. But to be honest I'd love anything when it was deep-fried and dipped with sweet condensed milk!
